I’ve been running a cruise dose for a while, but now I’m thinking about coming off completely. What’s the best way to transition off without feeling like complete trash?
Taper down slowly and get on a proper PCT. If you just stop cold turkey, your hormones will crash hard. Give your body time to adjust.
Expect some mood swings and strength loss, but staying on top of diet, sleep, and recovery will help a lot. Natural test takes time to come back.

week 1
HCG 2xwk monday 3000iu thursday 3000iu
week 2
HCG 2xwk monday 1500iu thursday 1500iu
Start talking clomid day after last shot of HCG. Also add Novla with the clomid. If you can get Enclomiphene better but dose it at half of clomid.
Clomid dose 50mg per day
Nolva 20mg per day
Take clomid for 30 days and Nolva 50 days
Start the above protocol 2 weeks after coming off your cruise.
This is what I have done in the past many times and has always worked well. Get bloods down 2 months after you have completed the pct.
I would also recommend using natural test booster right after you complete your pct.
