Ever try a meal plan that looked great on paper but was absolutely miserable to follow? I tried doing one of those “old-school” bodybuilding diets—plain chicken, tilapia, and rice six times a day—and I was losing my mind after three days. How do you guys make meal prep sustainable without feeling like you’re eating the same thing forever?

Bro, I’ve been there. The key is seasoning and variety. Get some different spices, try different cooking methods (air fryer, grilling, slow cooker), and mix up the protein sources. Eating clean doesn’t mean eating boring.

I batch-cook a few different meals at once so I can rotate throughout the week. Also, adding sauces (low-cal ones) can be a game-changer. A little sugar-free BBQ sauce or sriracha makes a world of difference.

I just take the basic ingredients and make different meals out of them. Like one day, ground turkey goes in tacos, the next day it’s in a stir-fry. Same macros, different experience.
