Make sure you’re timing your carbs around workouts. A small bump in carbs pre-training can make a big difference in energy. If you’re going super low-carb all day, that’s probably why you feel like a zombie.

Sleep and hydration are huge. A lot of times, fatigue comes from being slightly dehydrated or not getting enough deep sleep. Try tracking your sleep and see if you need to improve your routine.
