my first test cycle

I just wrapped up my first test cycle, and I’m feeling great, but I’m not sure how to approach PCT. Some guys say just run Nolva, others say Clomid, and then there are people saying HCG is a must. I don’t want to lose all my gains, but I also don’t want to crash hard. What’s the best way to go about this?

Nolva and Clomid together work well, but don’t overdo the Clomid because it can mess with your mood. Start about two weeks after your last pin and taper down over a month. You don’t want to go from high test levels to nothing overnight.

Bloodwork is your best friend here. Don’t just guess when to start PCT—check your levels and adjust accordingly. Some guys recover faster, and some need a longer protocol. You won’t know unless you test.
