I’m considering running a low dose of Anavar during my off-season just to keep some strength up and stay lean. Is it worth it, or should I just focus on food and training?

 Anavar at low doses can help, but honestly, if you’re not in a deficit or on cycle, it might not do much. Save it for when you’re really cutting.

If you’ve got everything else dialed in and just want a slight edge, it won’t hurt. But don’t expect crazy results from just a low dose in the off-season.
