you stick it out or just say screw it once in a while?

what do y’all do when you’re deep into a cut and just feel socially awkward around food??? like going out with friends and ordering grilled chickn and water while everyone else is eating burgers it gets old.

 I bring my own meals to some stuff or just eat before I go. I’m used to being “that guy” now.

i pick one meal to enjoy guilt-free if it’s a big event. one burger won’t kill your prep.

Depends on how close I am to my goal. If I’m 4 weeks out, I lock it down. Otherwise I’ll bend a bit.
