Do you guys think training style should change on cycle? Like, more volume or stick to what works?

Don’t overcomplicate it. Train hard, recover well, and let the gear do its thing. Consistency is key.

On cycle, you can handle more volume and intensity, so I usually push a bit harder but still listen to my body.
