Anyone else struggle with balancing bodybuilding with life? Between work, relationships, and just normal responsibilities, sometimes it feels impossible to get all my meals in, train properly, and still have a social life.

 It’s all about prioritizing and meal prepping. If you don’t have food ready to go, it’s way too easy to fall off track. Prep your meals in advance, and it makes life way easier.

Honestly, don’t stress too much. Missing a meal or workout here and there isn’t the end of the world. Progress is about consistency over months and years, not being perfect every single day.
