What’s the most underrated muscle group that lifters tend to neglect? I feel like everyone focuses on chest and arms, but there’s gotta be something that people are sleeping on. 

Rear delts, 100%. Everyone loves hitting front and side delts, but weak rear delts can ruin your posture and make you more injury-prone. Face pulls should be mandatory.

Calves, man. Everyone complains about bad calf genetics, but most guys just don’t train them hard enough. High reps, heavy weight, and frequency—otherwise, you’ll always have chicken legs.

Neck training. Nobody talks about it, but a strong neck helps in everything from injury prevention to overall aesthetics. Plus, a thick neck just looks badass.
