Tren helps with power but absolutely kills endurance. If you’re running it, you might wanna dial it back a bit.

Adding EQ helps a lot for endurance without losing strength. Also, focus on high-rep sets with short rest periods in training.

Some guys microdose EPO for endurance, but that’s getting into risky territory. A cleaner way is to build cardio tolerance gradually.
