What compounds (if any) work for sports-focused guys without totally ruining cardio or mobility?

Is it just me or does running gear during a heavy sports season feel like walking a fine line? I’m trying to keep strength and recovery high for jiu-jitsu tournaments, but I don’t wanna gas out or get too heavy and sluggish.

Low-dose test and primo worked great for me. Didn’t feel heavy or bloated like I do on deca or dbol.

EQ helped with endurance big time. I felt like my lungs were better on it than off.

Avoid anything that kills your appetite or sleep. Tren might make you strong but will wreck your conditioning.
