rest days are actually harder than training days?

Anyone else feel like rest days are actually harder than training days? When I take a full day off, I feel sluggish, my appetite is all over the place, and I just wanna lift. Is this normal, or am I just overthinking it?

100%. I feel way worse when I’m not training. That’s why I usually do an active recovery day instead of a full rest. Just some light cardio, stretching, or even bodyweight stuff helps.
