keeping my gains
Quote from Shuan on January 29, 2025, 6:20 pmSo if I’m already a couple of cycles in, how do I keep my gains from disappearing once I’m done? Like, is there a trick or is it just diet and training?

Another thing is maybe adding creatine or a test booster after your cycle to help keep strength up. And don’t drop your calories too fast.

Honestly, it’s mostly about staying on top of your food and not slacking at the gym. Keep eating clean, get enough protein, and don’t skip workouts. Also, PCT is your best friend—don’t mess that up
