is there a way to stay locked in all the time?
Quote from stefan on February 12, 2025, 4:14 pmI feel like my gym motivation comes and goes in cycles. Some weeks I’m hyped to train, other weeks I just drag myself through workouts and don’t even want to be there. Is this just part of the process, or is there a way to stay locked in all the time?

Quote from anthony on February 12, 2025, 10:28 pmThat’s just how it goes, man. Nobody is 100% motivated all the time. The key is showing up even when you don’t feel like it. Those are the sessions that really count.

Quote from Craig on February 12, 2025, 10:43 pmMaybe switch up your routine or set a new goal. Sometimes, when training feels stale, it’s just because you’re doing the same thing over and over. Try a new program, different rep schemes, or even a different gym to shake things up.

Also, remember why you started. Sometimes, looking at old progress pictures or remembering how far you’ve come reignites that fire. It’s all mental—you control your mindset.
