I’m in the middle of a test and tren cycle, and while the gains are nuts, my sleep has turned to absolute trash.

I’m waking up every couple of hours, sweating like crazy, and even when I do sleep, I don’t feel rested. Anyone else deal with this? Is this just part of the price you pay with tren or is there something that actually helps?

tren sleep is brutal. i take melatonin and magnesium glycinate before bed helps a bit, but still not perfect.

try keeping your last meal clean and low fat. heavy meals before bed made my night sweats 10x worse!

bro, honestly i just accept it.tren gives and it takes. i run it short and live like a zombie for 6 weeks.
