I don’t want to start skipping sessions, but it’s getting tough to push through.

Whats your go-to move when your prep starts affecting your actual training performance? im sleeping less, on low carbs, and my pumps and recovery just arent the same.

add a refeed or high-carb day. you know , it can make a massive difference in performance and recovery.

i drop volume slightly and up intensity. fewer sets, but higher focus. keeps me in it mentally.

I time my carbs around training. Even if it’s just 30g before the gym, it helps keep my lifts alive.
