How long does this drag on, and is there anything I can do to soften the blow a bit?

So I just finished a 12-week cycle (Test E + EQ) and I’m a week into PCT. The crash hit me harder than expected. Libido is in the dirt, I’m tired, and my mood is way off. Is this how it usually goes?

yeah bro, PCT blues are real. first two weeks suck the most. keep training light, eat clean, and don’t expect peak performance.

natural test boosters won’t replace your cycle, but they help mentally. i use ashwagandha, DAA, and a good multivitamin.
