How do you guys keep your cool without feeling like you’re snapping all the time?

I’m 4 weeks into my first test-only cycle and I’m starting to feel that aggression kick in—but it’s weird, it’s not in the gym. It’s like, random irritability with people at work or even on the road. Is this normal for test?

 Totally normal bro. It’s not rage like the movies, but just being way less patient. I do deep breaths or just walk away now.
