How do you guys handle training while traveling?
Quote from edward wright on March 24, 2025, 6:01 pmI’ve got a trip coming up, and I know my normal gym, meals, and routine are gonna be thrown off. I don’t want to lose progress, but I also don’t want to spend my whole trip stressing over workouts. What’s your strategy for staying on track while traveling?

Quote from jason on March 24, 2025, 11:25 pmI keep it simple, bodyweight workouts, bands, and whatever hotel gym equipment they have. As long as you’re moving and keeping intensity up, you won’t lose anything in a few days. It’s consistency over time that matters, not a perfect week.
