how do you guys handle the shift from pushing nmbers to just preserving your body?

nyone else feel like the stronger you get, the more injuries you start dealing with? like I’ve been chasing PRs on compounds, but lately it’s like every joint is creaking. I’m not even old, but this wear and tear is real.

yup, I started adding more machines and cables instead of always going heavy barbell.still grows, less pain.

warm-ups and mobility work became nonnegotiable for me. 10 minutes extra saves months of rehab!!

i don’t chase PRs anymore. I go for tension, control, and staying healthy long enough to keep training.
