How do you guys handle cravings when cutting?

 Alright, let’s be real—how do you guys handle cravings when cutting? I can eat clean most of the time, but every now and then I just want to demolish an entire pizza. How do you stop yourself from going off the rails?

I don’t stop myself—I just plan for it. If I know I’m gonna want something crazy, I adjust my calories earlier in the day to fit it in. It’s about balance, not suffering. 

Find cleaner alternatives. Craving something sweet? Protein ice cream or Greek yogurt with honey. Want something salty? Air-popped popcorn instead of chips. It’s not the same, but it helps.

Just accept that sometimes you’re gonna slip up. One bad meal won’t ruin your progress. The key is not letting it spiral into a full-blown binge. Eat it, enjoy it, and get back on track.
