How do you guys handle coming off a long cycle without feeling like absolute garbage?

I’ve been on a pretty heavy cycle for about 20 weeks—Test, Tren, and a little bit of Anavar toward the end. Gains were great, strength through the roof, but now that I’m tapering off, I’m already feeling the crash. Libido is tanking, energy is way down, and mentally I just feel off. I know PCT is important, but is there anything else that actually helps with the transition so I don’t feel like a zombie for the next two months?

The biggest mistake people make is not tapering properly or underestimating how long it takes for their hormones to level out. Make sure your PCT is dialed in—Clomid and Nolva at proper doses, plus keeping diet and training in check. Dropping calories too fast post-cycle makes everything worse.
