else here have a hard time mentally going from competition mode back to regular training?

After my last show, I felt kinda lost—no peak goal, no structure, appetite was weird, training felt pointless. Took me a few weeks to get back in the groove. What helps you guys reset mentally after the stage?

 I give myself 1–2 weeks off plan. No tracking, no cardio, just train for fun and let my brain chill.

I set a new goal right after. Doesn’t have to be another show, just something PRs, photo shoot, strength phase, whatever.

I keep a routine, even if it’s lighter. No structure at all makes me spiral. Light lifts and better food keep me sane.
