does anyone else completely fall apart with routine when they travel?

I had to leave town for 4 days and my meals were off, workouts were rushed, and now i feel like i lost a week of progress. how do y’all keep things tight when you’re not in your usual gym, kitchen, and schedule?

i pack supplements like protein, and some basics in a carry on. at least keeps nutrition halfway decent.

Hotel gyms suck, but I do bodyweight circuits and resistance bands if needed. Something’s better than nothing.

i just shift my expectations. i don’t stress about it, I enjoy the break, then get back to it full throttle when I’m home.
