do you guys think it’s possible to take training super seriously and still maintain a balanced life?

like, I love the grind, but sometimes I wonder if im missing out on normal stuff travel, spontaneous meals, weekends off. Can you really be “all in” without becoming a social recluse?

prep season? nope. off season? Yeah, I loosen up. You don’t need to be a robot 24/7 to seeprogress.

When you say "Super Serious" you're talking lifestyle. Your life revolves around training and there isn't much room for activity outside of the lifestyle. You need to create a balance which will make you a happier person all around. You'll find all your friends are gym rats like yourself but other people need to fit into your life as well. Being well rounded is best.

I used to say no, but honestly, it’s all about structure. I plan things better now and still enjoy life here and there.
