Curious how the veterans approach nutrition once they’ve built that experience.

Do any of you still find value in tracking every calorie and macro long-term, or have you moved toward more intuitive eating? I’ve been logging for years but lately wondering if I’m just overthinking food now.

I tracked religiously for like 3 years. Now I eyeball everything and only track during cuts. Works fine.

i usually track protein daily, but let carbs and fats float. Keeps me sane without throwing off my gains.

Intuitive eating only works if you’ve tracked long enough to know what your body needs. So it depends where you’re at.
