Anyone got tips on what’s worth logging and how detailed you get with it?

Alright guys, I’ve run a few basic cycles in the past but never really tracked my bloods or kept notes. Now I want to get more serious and start logging everything—cycle, sides, strength, weight, mood, etc.

I keep a Google Sheet with columns for weight, dose, lifts, side effects, libido, even sleep. It helps more than you’d think.

 I log weekly photos too. Sometimes you don’t notice changes until you see the side-by-side from week 1 to 5.
