anyone else ever get hit with post-cycle blues way harder than expected?

i wrapped up a 12-week blast about 4 weeks ago, and even though im running a solid PCT, i just feel off. Motivation’s low, training feels blah, and I’m second-guessing everything. is this something you just push through, or do you guys do anything specific to bounce back mentally after coming off?

thatz totally normal, bro. your hormones are tanking and the high is over. I usually just ride it out and keep training light

I always set a non-physique goal during PCT like improving mobility or conditioning. Keeps my head in the game.

Focus on routine. Even if your lifts drop, just showing up daily keeps the discipline going until your system resets.
