Am I doing something wrong in doing high-rep squats for endurance.

I’ve been doing high-rep squats for endurance, but my knees are killing me. It’s not an injury, but they just feel sore and stiff all the time. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just part of the process?

Could be your form or just too much volume too fast. Check your stance and make sure you’re not bouncing out of the hole. If you’re not controlling the descent, that could be adding stress to your knees.

Strengthening the muscles around the knee—like the hamstrings and glutes—can help take the stress off the joint. A lot of knee pain comes from muscle imbalances, not just overuse.

What kind of gear are you taking?
