3. For your payment, please choose as Service Type -> ‘Money in Minutes’ – CASH PICKUP – and Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as pick-up currency! If you pay in other currencies, additional fees will be applied by Western Union and will end in receiving less cash for your order.
4. In order for us to pick up the funds will be needing the exact name of the sender and the 10-digits MTCN control number from Western Union.
5. Western Union don’t allow transfers for paying goods and services. Please make sure to answer that you’re sending the money to a friend and that you know her/him personally, do not specify that you’re paying for goods because business transactions are not allowed on Western Union and this can lead to a block / cancellation of your transfer.
6. We also recommend transfers to be made from local agencies, not online or using a credit card.
7. Do NOT specify to the Western Union employees the name of the website, ordered products or any other details related to your order. Just keep it simple!
