BEFORE PROCEEDING PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY – DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
1. You have selected to pay by Western Union and the receiver’s details provided are valid. If you are proceeding with payment for your order in the next 48 hours, you can save these details. If you will be paying later, please open a ticket in your order and confirm the receiver name with us.
2. Please make sure the receiver’s name is CORRECTLY spelled otherwise we won’t be able to pick up the funds.
3. For your payment, please choose as Service Type -> ‘Money in Minutes’ – CASH PICKUP. (and USD as pick-up currency! If you pay in other currencies, additional fees will be applied by Western Union and will end in receiving less cash for your order.
NOTE: If the receiver is based in Bangladesh, please select Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) as pick up currency.
4.Regarding the CASH PICKUP, Pls DO NOT select any fixed agent name, just select ANY RETAIL PARTNER.
5. In order for us to pick up the funds will be needing the exact name of the sender and the 10-digits MTCN control number from Western Union.
6. Western Union don’t allow transfers for paying goods and services. Please make sure to answer that you’re sending the money to a friend and that you know her/him personally, do not specify that you’re paying for goods because business transactions are not allowed on Western Union and this can lead to a block / cancellation of your transfer.
7. We also recommend transfers to be made from local agencies, not online or using a credit card.
8. Do NOT specify to the Western Union employees the name of the website, ordered products or any other details related to your order. Just keep it simple!
