running Test and EQ for 12 weeks

I’ve been running Test and EQ for 12 weeks, and I feel amazing, but my appetite is out of control. I can’t stop eating, and I’m worried I’m putting on too much fat. I thought EQ was supposed to be lean gains?

EQ cranks up appetite like crazy. If you’re worried about fat gain, try spacing out your meals more or drinking more water before eating. You’re gonna want to eat everything in sight, but keep it clean and high protein.

That’s just EQ doing its thing. If it’s getting out of hand, maybe drop the dose a bit. Or just lean into it and bulk hard, then cut later. You won’t be wasting those calories if your training is on point.

Cardio can help balance it out. Even if you’re bulking, throwing in some fasted cardio in the mornings can help keep things in check. Don’t let the hunger trick you into thinking you need an extra 2,000 calories a day.
